There are over 3,000 different types of potato(e) cultivated in Peru. Imagine what Trader Joe's could do with that as a frozen medley.
Oh man... now I want to go to Fresca... the yummy Peruvian restaurant in SF! Can't wait to take you guys there when you return and hear you babble on about Peru and their potatoes!
